St Giles cottage is a charming 16th Century beamed holiday cottage situated in the hamlet of Houghton St Giles. The home of a local painter, St Giles cottage is a fifteen minute or so drive away from Wells-next-the-Sea and the North Norfolk coast, well known for its eating places, galleries, beautiful beaches and scenic walks. Surrounded by rolling farmland the historic Roman Catholic Shrine is only a short walk away.

Accommodation - sleeps five. Well equipped kitchen with a separate electric hob and built in oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dining area. This leads into a spacious sitting room with comfortable seating, sofa bed, TV, DVD/Video player, and open fireplace.

Upstairs has three bedrooms the first is a landing bedroom with a comfortable double bed with the two smaller bedrooms leading directly off it. The second has a single bed and the third has bunk beds. The bathroom has a power shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. Hair dryer supplied.

The pretty enclosed garden has a large terraced seating area making it ideal for alfresco entertaining and relaxation. A starter basket of wood and coal is provided during the winter months. Downstairs cloakroom. High chair, stair gate and travel cot available. There is off road parking for two cars. No smoking in the cottage. Sorry no pets. All bed linen and heating is included, however, please bring your own towels.
